Apart from using our Law Summary Notes, there is really no way around readings unless you want to take shortcuts. However, many lecturers set readings that are far more than what you need for the exam, or even for general knowledge. The tried and true method is to simply skim over your readings before class to get a general idea. You lecturer will then go through the readings, and you can easily pick out the important ones from the not-so-important ones. This saves a lot of time, and avoids you getting bogged down on an obscure point in an unimportant case. | Return to the top
