Law Summary Notes are intended to be a short and concise summary of all you need to know to ace your exam. Our Law Summary Notes are also specifically formatted for use in exams, using a unique checklist and question format to make sure you don't miss any points.
Law Model Exams are for you to test your knowledge before the real exam. We provide you with a few exam questions (including both problem and essay questions), along with the model answers so you can check your answers.
Online Law Tutor places you in touch with a qualified expert tutor versed in the subject area you are having difficulty with. You will be able to email this tutor any questions you have, and the tutor will email you back to assist you with the answers.

Our notes are written with students from around Australia in mind, so they will contain cases from each jurisdiction in Australia. Our notes have also been prepared in consultation with students studying the same course from universities around Australia, so will cover all the bases, regardless of which university you are studying at.

Our notes are updated every year to reflect changing course curriculums. Each year is given its own specific edition and includes the latest legal updates on the subject.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide access to a digital computerised copy of our notes for copyright reasons. However, we are planning to introduce an online study course in the near future which may distribute such notes online.

If you live in Australia, the notes will be sent by post to you. Shipping is free and you will generally receive your notes 3 to 5 days after placing your order and making payment.
If you need the notes in a hurry, we also offer an Express option at an additional cost. If you select this option, you will receive the notes the next business day if the order is placed before 11.59am, Australian Eastern Standard Time. However, some locations outside of the Express post network, such as Western Australian post codes outside of Perth CBD, may take an additional day to deliver. Nonetheless, Express delivery will almost always occur within 2 days of placing your order.
Please note - we do not process orders after Friday, 11.59am Australian Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following Monday morning. If Express shipping is selected for orders placed after Friday, 11.59am Australian Eastern Standard Time, the earliest the notes will arrive is on Tuesday.

If you require urgent delivery of your notes, please select the Express post option when ordering your notes. This will ensure that you get your notes the next business day (if the order is placed before 11.59am Australian Eastern Standard Time, and only between locations within the Express post network). You should also pay by credit card using Paypal, as this will reduce any bank processing delays.

We accept payment by:

Credit card, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, through our Paypal payment option. You do not need to sign up to a Paypal account to pay by credit card, as Paypal can process your credit card payment without the need to sign up.
- Paypal account, including amounts already deposited with Paypal and bank accounts or credit cards linked to a Paypal account.
- Bank Transfer. You can transfer payment to us online to our bank account. Please note that payment by Bank Transfer may delay processing of your order, due to bank processing time.

We do not store your Credit card details, as they are processed by Paypal, a widely accepted and secure online payment facility. The highest level of security measures are adopted by Paypal, and you can rest assured that your credit card details will not be released to anyone.

- Firstly, choose the notes you wish to buy on this page and click the Purchase button. You will be directed to your shopping cart, with the items you added.
- You can add more notes at any time. Simply click the Your Shopping Cart button on the right and you will be shown your shopping cart again.
- You can then checkout your shopping cart by clicking the Next button. After this screen, you will need to select your Shipping Method and enter your details, such as your name and address.
- After submitting your details to us, you will be able to select your method of payment. We currently accept payment by Credit card, Paypal and Bank Transfer. For more information on payment methods, please see the payment question above.
- If you select to pay by Credit card or Paypal, please click the Paypal button. You need not sign up to a Paypal account. If you select to pay by Bank Transfer, we will get in contact with you to let you know our bank details.
- After making payment, you're done! Your notes will be on their way! You will be given a Customer Reference Number, which you can note down for your own records.
